About
Schneider Architects has been located in Westlake Village since 1988. Principal architect Brent Schneider is a California Licensed architect with over twenty-nine years of experience in residential architecture, both single family custom homes, single family tract housing as well as multifamily housing. Additionally Schneider Architects has experience with commercial, industrial, hospitality and tenant improvement projects.
Schneider Architects has partnered with several engineering companies allowing us to tailor individual projects to the best engineer for the job. Many times we produce the structural drawings in house to allow complete control of this discipline and to forego potential surprises in the field. Brent Schneider personally coordinates and observes the entire scope of most projects; this includes all stages from the initial siting thru the preliminary design – working drawing phase and finally, structural and construction observation. This experience has allowed me insights on streamlining the process, allowing for less time both in the working drawing phase to the actual construction.
Schneider Architects has designed and drawn working drawings for custom homes ranging from three thousand square feet to ten thousand feet; while the majority of these homes have been in California our firm has designed homes in several other states. We bring a strong work ethic and integrity to the workplace.
